Question #3:
Energy Prices Necessarily Skyrocketing: $4 per Gallon of Gas on the Way and do we have Obama to thank for it?
Just two weeks ago the Obama Adminstration rejected approving the Keystone Pipeline, a project that not only would have employed thousands, but would have also provided lower energy costs for millions of Americans. In his own State of the Union address, Obama called for America to become more energy independent. But, as usual, the numbers speak louder than Obama's empty rhetoric. In the past four weeks, prices at the pump jumped 19 cents, and economists project gas will cost more than $4 per gallon by summer 2012.After rising 19 cents a gallon in the past four weeks, regular unleaded gasoline now averages $3.48 a gallon, vs. $3.12 a year ago and $2.67 in February 2010.
Prices could spike another 60 cents or more by May. "I think it's going to be a chaotic spring, with huge price increases in some places," says Tom Kloza of the Oil Price Information Service. Kloza expects average prices to peak at $4.05, although he and other industry trackers say prices could be sharply higher in some markets.
The Obama Administration no doubt will blame skyrocketing oil prices on the tension in the Middle East, fair enough, but if Obama would approve projects like Keystone, we wouldn't have to worry about tension in the Middle East bumping our energy prices up in the future. Gas prices have doubled under Obama, jumping 100 percent since George W. Bush left office.
Gas prices have doubled since Mr. Obama took office. According to the GasBuddy gasoline price tracking web site, the price of a gallon of regular gas was around $1.79 when Mr. Obama took office.

If you work hard in life... Shouldn't the world owe you some sort of living?
I ask this question because I am British and frustrated in the job market.I've got a media degree (2:1, good grade), worked hard on my CV, have passed mystery shopper reports at work and have been to about 22 interviews over the last 8 months.
I feel in life that, if you sit on your arse all day and do nothing... Then fair enough the world doesn't owe you any sort of living... But if you're like me and work hard, shouldnt it owe you a living, if not at the very least owe you a chance?
May I also add that over the last 2 months I am doing an unpaid internship just to get experience.
Question #6:

What is Margin Trading Facility? Where can i get more information about it?Question #7:
True or False? Strong and numerous regulations work for the Citizens because...?
They force companies to say how they make their products, what they put in our food, what contracts really mean, what makes their products different. That enables consumers to make valid choices based on accurate information and defines free market competition where consumers support products that they like and decline inferior products.
Companies already know these things about their products and are only required to confirm and make available to the consumer things that they already know. That is a minimal expense.
Would you eat 'Street meat" in a Vietnamese outdoor market or buy a Chinese no name computer server?

I went to the market last friday and I was walking with really heavy bags. There was a bag that kept hitting the upper part of my left calf and I ended up forming this really huge bruise that's like black and purple. Are those Bridgestone Tire Basketballs, Footballs, and Pucks Real Merchandise?
They are sarcastically advertised A LOT during sports games and I know its a stupid question, but they actually look kinda sick and I would def buy one of those for pick-up games if they are real....also please no hating I know it might seem dumb, but marketing wise to get their name more out there its not that unrealistic of them to do it.BTW Congrats Giants, you officially got one lucky player (David Tyree), to make 2 catches, to win you 2 lucky superbowl wins; even though statistically you played a worser season and game as a team and as MOST individuals for key positions....but then again whats a Giant/New Yorker to a faggit (not much)......Good season Pats you deserved it more, MHK †R.I.P
"to make 2 **LUCKY** catches, to win you 2 lucky superbowl wins."
Question #14:
I don't know how to find the demand curve given this information? Can you help?
The info provided is "Suppose customers have $8,000/wk to spend on donuts."I don't really understand how that helps find an exact equation to draw the line from, or how to find market equilibrium given that. I have a supply curve I know of. Is it that there is a horizontal line at $8,000? I'm not really sure, and I've reread the chapter 3 times by now. My teacher intentionally gives us harder questions to prepare for exams, but I really can't think of how to derive a curve just with that? Can anyone please help?
I'd be really grateful if you could help out. I'm pretty sure this is supposed to be easy but I'm just not seeing it? Thank you!
Thank you so much! And thank you for explaining why as well, that makes complete sense :D
Question #15:
Which religion should I choose?
a) Christianity?b) Orthodox Judaism?
c) Reformed Judaism?
d) Conservative Judaism?
e) Islam?
I wanted to become Jewish 8 months ago, and about a month ago, I had a dream that I was welcomed into the Jewish Community after being rejected by the Jewish Community for 6 months for having incompatible beliefs and ideas
There was also a Jewish guy that I loved 6 months ago... I don't know if he is single or in a relationship right now but I wouldn't be surprised if he was taken. He is already 29 years old.
I feel like I'm too old to be making major changes in my life: I am 26 years old right now. The good news is, I made a lot of money in the stock market and can go the next 10 - 15 years without working a job so I have plenty of time to study Judaism, if that is what I want to do.
Question #16:
Should all Welfare Recipients be drug tested, as they are getting public money and drugs shouldn't be paid for?
with someone else's tax dollars?BQ: So should all Politicians and Lawmakers who are also paid from the Public Purse be drug tested too?
After all, Government Employees have to be drug tested...and many fingerprinted too I believe. Should Politicians and Judges be exempt from the laws they make and enforce or bound by them as are we?
BQ II: Since the Wall Street CEO's got so much from the Bailout it's kind of like they are being paid from the public purse too. So is it not fair that they too are drug tested? Might prevent them making fatal errors if we knew they were all sober when they opened the markets or negotiated the loans.
Question #17:
What political party do I lean towards more?
I think I may be a conservative, but I want opinions. (I'm an American by the way)I believe in less government power and more power to the people.
I believe there should be a flat tax to all. It should also apply to every product, not a different tax for everything. It's not fair that if someone makes more money, they get taxed more for being prosperous.
I believe we should not fight in middle eastern countries. I believe we should build our defense here in the states and advance our technology.
We should become reliant on our own energy sources instead of the oil monopoly in the middle east.
I believe abortion should be allowed. (I don't believe in abortion personally, but I don't want to decide for a woman. It is here decision and her right. But I would want to convince her to not do it.) I don't think tax dollars should go to abortion funding either.
I want to stop Freddie Mac and Sallie Mae from continuing in the housing market since it's insane how much of a bubble it is in. If not stopped, it should be regulated immediately.
I believe we also need to stop giving government loans for college, and should stop regulating colleges as well. Private banks should be the loaners for colleges, NOT the US. If we bailout all the college students debts (its greater than credit cards), our dollar can end up like being a Yuan. Broke.
Health Care should be owned by private companies and employers and not the US and it's Obama Care. It's insane how your tax dollars are going to help someone else, but the care program is insignificant. It doesn't cover the needs of the individual completely, and it's taking in too much money. But we should stop health care companies from charging insanely high fees.
I believe we should stop sending foreign countries aid. Private donation companies can go ahead, but our tax dollars should not support third world countries in Africa.
Our borders should be secured immediately. Mexican immigrants should not come here illegally. We should enforce regulations and work on an agreement with Mexican enforcement in keeping illegal immigrants in custody for punishment. We should not hold the Mexicans in our prison and waste tax dollars on them.
I believe students from foreign countries should come here with a Visa and have to leave once their education is completed. A degree should also allow them to apply for an American passport. Why should we send back a bright mind?
I believe home-schooling is a great idea. A home-schooled degree should be no different than a high-school degree. This can lower costs in school as well as keeping a teacher:student ratio down, keep kids safe in their homes, and allow them to educated comfortably.
I believe we should keep our 2nd amendment right and allow the use of guns. It should be regulated of course, but should not be regulated to the point of a restriction.
I believe Small Businesses should get grants. Small Businesses are a part of the American dream and can create a lot of jobs. This can give a great income towards the economy.
Farmers who want to build farms should also get grants. Agriculture is one of the best industries in America and should grow with the rising population. This helps families with food and produce being created every day.
Unemployment benefits and food stamps should be limited. It's insane that if someone is lazy or uses drugs that we should bail them out. 2 or 3 months should be more than enough time to find a job.
This is a good amount of what I think in politics, but what's your opinion for my political party? Thanks!

What would be your list for the top 10 games of this video game generation?
I need an idea of what game to play, so I'm open to everyone's opinion. Now I'm talking about games released in the past couple of years when the 360, PS3, and Wii were put on the market. You can include PC games too, since I have a pretty good computer for these games.Question #19:
